Plain-language summary
LegalTrack is a practice-management tool for cases, clients, documents and deadlines. We don't provide legal advice and don't take responsibility for the matters you manage; that responsibility is always the firm's. This summary is informal — the full text below prevails.
Acceptance and software scope
By creating an account and accepting these terms you enter a software-as-a-service contract with the operator named on this page. LegalTrack is practice-management software: matters, unlimited client records, documents, time, email deadline alerts, a client portal and optional Google Calendar sync. This version does not include artificial intelligence, Outlook, case-law search, or invoicing the firm's own clients. The operator does not provide legal advice. The firm remains the professional responsible for its matters.
Features included in this version
- Matters and clients
- Unlimited clients
- Document archive
- Deadlines by email
- Team and portal
- Optional Google Calendar
Trial period and billing
The trial lasts 30 days with no card. If it expires without an active paid plan the firm becomes read-only until payment is restored. You must provide accurate details and keep credentials and two-factor codes confidential. Plans are billed by storage (GB) and user seats through Stripe; prices are shown before you pay. Non-payment can switch the account to read-only. LegalTrack does not collect the firm's client fees.
Content and professional secrecy
You are responsible for uploaded content and for having a legal basis to process it. You must comply with professional secrecy and third-party rights. Unlawful use is prohibited. Keep copies of documents you cannot afford to lose. Download links are temporary and restricted.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is with reasonable availability. The operator does not guarantee litigation outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator's total liability in a year is limited to amounts the firm actually paid to LegalTrack in the 12 months before the claim (or zero during the free trial), except for wilful misconduct or limits the law forbids. You may stop using the service at any time. After termination the operator may retain or delete data for backups and legal duties. Material changes will be posted in the product.
Payments, renewal and cancellation
Paid plans are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan chosen) and renew automatically until you cancel. Current prices are shown in the platform before you confirm payment; applicable taxes are detailed at checkout. Payments are processed by an external payment provider, which may act as the merchant of record and issue the invoice. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
Third-party integrations (Google Calendar)
Connecting Google Calendar is optional: each user enables it with their own Google account and can disconnect at any time from the Agenda or by withdrawing access in their Google account. By connecting it you authorize LegalTrack to create, update and delete, in your primary calendar, the events the platform generates (deadlines, hearings and appointments) and to invite the attendees you indicate; we do not read your other events. Your use of your Google account is also governed by Google's terms, and the operator neither controls nor is responsible for the availability or changes of that service. Events already created stay on your calendar until you delete them. How we handle the information we receive from Google (permissions, limited use, protection and deletion) is explained in the "Google user data" section of the Privacy Policy.
